Yes! OneBet offers a cooling-off period of which punters can opt for as a temporary break from betting on our site. Users can choose to close their account by sending an email to [email protected], including their full names and ID number. With a request to close their OneBet account. “Cooling-off” period is a minimum exclusion of 24 Hours to 4 Weeks.
Self-exclusion from a betting account is a voluntary process where a punter requests a gambling operator to ban them from using their services for a set period. It's a tool designed to help people who are experiencing or are at risk of developing a gambling problem.
To self-exclude:
- Log-in to your account
- Click on My Account
- Navigate to Responsible Gambling
- Choose the number of months to self-exclude

If you’re depositing money into your OneBet account, we will cover the recipient transaction costs. I.e., we pay for getting money in. Depending on your payment provider, they may charge a fee for sending money to us. If you’re withdrawing money, you pay the fee the payment provider charges.
Minimum deposit limits are determined by our payment providers, not by OneBet. Each provider may set its own minimum amount. You can check the exact limits for your selected payment method in the payment section of your account profile.

In rare cases where a game freezes and you haven’t finished your game rounds, usually the game round is played out on our server and the winnings, if any, are added to your account.
