Payout limits

BETTING AND PAYOUT LIMITS

20.1 OneBet may apply limits to the net payout on any bet or combination of bets placed by a Customer. Such limits may vary depending on the specific sport, league, market, or type of bet offered and are applied in a consistent and non-discriminatory manner.

20.2 The maximum total payout limit per Customer per calendar day is R2,000,000.00 (two million Rand). For the avoidance of doubt, this means that no Customer may be paid out more than a total of R2,000,000.00 (two million Rand) in respect of any number or combination of winning betting tickets:

• placed by that Customer on a single day; and/or
• bearing the same date of issue.

The same principle applies in respect of any other payout limit set out in this section.

20.3 The following betting and payout limits per bet type apply:

All Sports

• Single Bet: R 2,000,000.00
• Multiple Bet (2 Legs+): R 2,000,000.00

Esport

• Single Bet: R 20,000.00
• 2 – 3 Legs: R 40,000.00
• 4 Legs: R 80,000.00
• 5 – 7 Legs: R 100,000.00
• 8+ Legs: R 200,000.00

Horse Racing (coming soon)

• Win Bet: R 50,000.00
• Each Way: R 20,000.00
• Multiple Bet (2+ Legs): R 50,000.00

Lucky Numbers

• 1 Number/Leg: R 50,000.00
• 2 Numbers/Legs: R 1,000,000.00
• 3 or 4 Numbers/Legs: R 1,500,000.00
• 5+ Numbers/Legs: R 2,000,000.00

On-Demand Games

• Payout Limit: R 2,000,000.00

Instant Games

• Payout Limit: R 2,000,000.00

20.4 All applicable betting and payout limits are displayed on OneBet’s online platform and it is the responsibility of the Customer to review and understand the applicable limits before placing a bet.
